Samarah Dead Sea Resort; Jordan
As general manager for Emaar International Jordan, developed Samarah Dead Sea Resort. The project is Emaar’s first project in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The project is located on the Dead Sea and a brief 40 minute drive from Amman. The 400 acre community has 850 homes, apartments and villas, a convention center, two hotels, and a retail and entertainment center. Construction began January 2007. The first phase mixed-use has been delivered, the convention center is in full operation and the first hotel has started.
